Details you send
The project form asks for your name, callback phone, property city or ZIP and a description of the work. Those fields are required. Email is optional.
Use the form only for information needed to discuss the project. Do not send payment details, security codes, medical information or sensitive documents. If you enquire for another person, make sure you have authority to share the contact information.
Project enquiries and provider introductions
The website operator uses the details to review and respond to your request and may share them with an independent provider relevant to the project. That provider may contact you about the enquiry and handles information under its own practices.
We may receive compensation for referrals. We do not promise a match, a particular provider or a response. Submitting a callback number requests contact about the project; it is not enrollment in an SMS marketing program.
Information may also be used to handle support, prevent misuse and keep appropriate enquiry records.
Website hosting, forms and measurement
Cloudflare provides website hosting and security services. Tally processes the form and its private operator notification. Google Analytics measures website visits, engagement and successful enquiry events when enabled.
The site’s analytics code does not send your name, phone number, email or project description to Google Analytics. Service providers may process technical information such as device, browser and network details under their own policies. Analytics may use cookies and similar technology.
Provider policies: Cloudflare, Tally and Google. Processing may occur outside your state or country.
Your privacy choices
You can decline to submit an enquiry, use browser privacy controls, or ask about information you have provided. For an access, correction or deletion request, use the contact form and begin the message with “Privacy request.” Include enough information to identify the request without sending unnecessary sensitive material.
We may need to confirm that a request relates to you. We retain information as needed for the enquiry, legitimate administration and applicable obligations; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion deadline.
If details have already been shared with a provider, you may also need to contact that provider about its records.
